Wow, New Mexico weather is crazy. Two hours ago it was nice and sunny and five minutes ago I think a fire hydrant exploded. Now the streets are miniature muddy rivers, the yard is a pool, and I'm glad to be inside. Luckily the car windows were rolled up or they would also have been flooded. The storms down here are incredible! Huge dark clouds billow up and without mountains to block the way, you can see them racing in and watch the lightning streaking every direction and hear the thunder rumble until it's booming over your head.
And now it's sunny again. Weird.
