January doldrums means we have to find entertainment however we can during the days. So, here are the results of the latest "photoshoot" I did with the two boys.
Jeremiah was very happy to co-operate. He loves the camera and will throw a fit when he can't get ahold of it once he sees it. So he often gets up close shots...
He is very good at doing things with his hands. It's wonderful - he likes to sit and work on a project and put things together. (Unlike M. who has his destructo mode going pretty much constantly and dashes from one thing to another.)
Aaaah, sharing has become something of an issue lately. We've achieved the "I see it, I want it, I take it" phase. Jeremiah has a very loud scream and cry he uses as self-defense when his toy is taken. Scares M. into crying too on occasion. (Tips and advice on this point are very welcome!!!)
Happy to be doing his thing.
Can't resist that smile!!!
He is getting much better at crawling around on his hands and knees instead of just doing a commando pull. And those are my new Christmas Muk Luks. I feet are forever warm and comfy now.
Jeremiah will pull himself up to a standing position too now. It's funny to watch since he doesn't bend his legs at all. He gets himself pushed up into a bridge position and then inches his feet into the middle to get his balance.
Bobby design the large piano box as a fort and play house for the boys to use. Cut in doors at each end, one in the middle, a window, and several holes to push balls through, play peek-a-boo, or a game of wiggling fingers. It's been a hit. (Although M. had to really get Jeremiah into it. He was a little timid about it but with M. barreling through it with relish, he decided to join in the fun.)
